Dr. Jason Whitworth
Veterinarian
A north Texas native, Dr. Whitworth opened Total Care Animal Hospital in 2013. His interest in Animal Medicine led him to Oklahoma State where he graduated in 2001. After a decade in private practice he decided Prosper was a great place to start a family and service the needs of the community. Aside from Veterinary medicine, his hobbies include golf, fly fishing and playing with his boys Cale and Dane. Dr. Whitworth is eager to assist with all your pets needs.
Dr. Barbara Wisniewski
Veterinarian
Dr. Barb is a graduate of Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. Originally from Indiana, Dr. Barb relocated to Texas with her Husband and daughter 5 years ago. Dr. Barb joined our staff in 2014 and brings extensive knowledge in small animal medicine. Her compassion and skill are valuable to our growing practice.
Dr. Stephen Kline
Veterinarian
Dr. Kline is a graduate of North Carolina State Veterinary School of medicine. Originally from California, Dr. Kline transferred to Texas from Kentucky. He brings extensive knowledge and is a skilled surgeon. We are excited to have him as part of the Total Care Team.
Kim Goldschmidt
Veterinary Technician
Kim grew up in Ohio, where she learned her love of the outdoors and animals of all kinds. Kim and her husband, Josh moved to Frisco 12 years ago with their 2 children, Hunter and Lauren. Kim started working with Dr. Whitworth over 10 years ago and has proved to be a valuable asset. She brings a smile to work everyday and truly enjoys getting to know each and every pet and client that walk through the door. We are proud to have Kim on our TCAH team!
Mark McCorkle
Veterinary Assistant
Mark joined our team during the summer of 2018. Having completed his certification as a veterinary assistant and with several years of experience at a local boarding facility he has become a valuable team member. His heart is big and his love for animals is unmatched. He shares his home with his dog Sinatra.

Kellie Barnes
Customer Service Specialist
Kellie was born and raised in Sherman, TX and now lives in McKinney with her husband, Rick. They have 2 sons and 2 dogs to keep them busy. Kellie spent 20 years as a customer service supervisor before coming to TCAH. She has always carried a great love for animals, which brought her to this position. Kellie is thrilled to have the opportunity to now work with both pets and people! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and shopping with friends. We are excited to have Kellie join the team at TCAH!
